Since 1 July 2024, the six-pack Water Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Centre has increased the loan limits of the Housing Provident Fund。

1. Suspension of the management of the liquidity factor of the Housing Provident Fund loan limit。

2. The limit for single-employee family loans has been raised to 0.5 million yuan, for single-employee families with two or more children, 600,000 yuan; and for dual-employee families with two or more children, 720,000 yuan。

3. The amount of the loan may be measured on the basis of 25,000 yuan if the loan applicant has a balance of less than 25,000 yuan in the Housing Provident Fund account, which may not be drawn until the deposit balance of the family member participating in the loan reaches 25,000 yuan。

Single-employee families are those in which only one of the spouses has a regular contribution to the Housing Provident Fund or is unmarried, divorced or widowed; dual-employee families are those in which both spouses have a regular contribution to the Housing Provident Fund. Normal contributions are the full monthly contribution of the Housing Provident Fund。
