The six water municipal housing fund management centres had previously optimized the criteria for determining the number of housing fund loans。

The following four categories do not count the number of municipal housing fund loans:

(1) The housing purchased by the employee's original housing fund loan has been disposed of in accordance with the city's “old-for-new” policy, has been jointly collected or repurchased by the Government, and the buyer and seller have cancelled the contract for the purchase of new commercial housing, and the original housing fund loan has been closed and the housing fund originally withdrawn for the purchase of the housing unit has been returned in full。

(2) Housing purchased by the former Housing Provident Fund loan after divorce belongs to the former spouse and the former Housing Provident Fund loan has been closed。

(3) The contract for the purchase of the house and the loan contract are terminated by court decision, the liability for repayment is borne by the seller, and the amount of the housing pension originally withdrawn for the purchase of the house has been returned in full。

(4) The number of post-marital family loans is excluded if only one of the spouses obtains and settles a housing fund loan before marriage。
