As required by the Circular of the People ' s Bank of China on the Reduction of the Rate of Interest on Individual Housing Provident Fund Loans, since 18 May 2024, the City Housing Provident Fund Management Centre of Cinder Town has reduced the Rate of Interest on Personal Housing Provident Fund Loans by 0.25 percentage points。

UP TO AND INCLUDING 5 YEARS OF INITIAL INDIVIDUAL HOUSING PENSION THE LOAN RATE WAS ADJUSTED TO 2.35% AND 2.85%, RESPECTIVELY, AND THE RATES FOR LOANS UNDER FIVE YEARS (INCLUDING FIVE YEARS) AND OVER FIVE YEARS FOR THE SECOND SET OF INDIVIDUAL HOUSING FUNDS WERE ADJUSTED TO 2.775% AND 3.325%, RESPECTIVELY。

Since 18 May 2024, new PRF loans have been implemented at adjusted interest rates。

2. The undistributed PIF loans were accepted by 18 May 2024 at adjusted interest rates。

In the case of PRF loans granted before 18 May 2024 (excluding) the original interest rate is implemented during the year and the adjusted rate is implemented as of 1 January 2025。
